Micro Surface Treatment presence is to help customers to realize surface protection and corrosion minimization of the components widely used in aerospace, medical and life sciences and semiconductor industries.
At NADCAP Professional Line that is certified by Aerospace industry with stringent compliance requirement, we use chemical that exhibit in QPL (Quality Product List). The treatment process is fully-automated governed by PLC system with process data highly traceable. Product information are registered in the system and traceability is achieved by auto generation of process data for recording and analysis purposes.
CORE TREATMENT PROCESSES
With precise control of plating time, current density and chemical concentration, we are capable of achieving plating thickness accuracy of 0.1um and maximum thickness up to 10um, helping medical and electronic customers to realize excellent part performance in application related to current conductivity. ELECTRO-LESS NICKEL PLATING
Specialized in EN plating with different phosphorus content, namely Low P, Medium P and High P. Our Low P plated products are widely using in electronic component for enhanced solderability while High P for increased surface hardness. MIL-C-26074
A pre-treatment process that comes with clear chromate and yellow chromate. It is applied for corrosion protection before proceeding with the powder coating or wet painting processes. MIL-C-5541 / MIL-DTL-5541.
We specialized in powder coating of steel, aluminium and copper materials in accordance to WPS-1071 to produce protective layer for corrosion minimization.
Passivation process uses in stainless steel material to neutralize the surface that removes pre-iron layer prior to next treatment process in compliance with ASTM A967

SPECIAL TREATMENT PROCESSES
In compliance of MIL-A-8625, we specialized in normal anodizing under Type 2 requirement that realizes 3un to 25um anodized thickness, and hard anodizing under Type 3 requirement that realizes 25um to 50um anodized thickness.
BLACK NICKEL PLATING
A process of blackening the parts with black nickel to meet specific cosmetic requirement in accordance to MIL-P-18317. The electroless black Nickel plating with thickness control ranging from 1um to 8um has its specific application for electronic industry that demanding strict colour tone.
One of the electrodeposition of rhodium over the metallic surface that create corrosion resistance layer. The plating shall be apply on after machining, brazing, welding, forming and perforating of the article have been completed in compliance to MIL-R-46085.
Underlayer copper plating is widely used in electronic and telecommunication components. In the process, we conduct additional steps which will enhance the corrosion resistance of copper layer.
We help semiconductor to realize silver plating of semi-bright and matt finishing based on FED-STD-QQ-S-365 with our specialized process control that capable of achieving down to 1um thickness and maximum up to 10um thickness that is critical in RF component.
ELECTROLESS NICKEL TEFLON PLATING
A highly recognized plating process for electronic consumer product for corrosion prevention of stainless steel and other materials using premix Nickel and Teflon chemical solution, where AMS 2454 is applied.
With broad spectrum of CED coated components served in automotive and electronic consumer product, the water base coating is a electrical paint deposition process. Our CED coating help customers produced components that last up to 800 hours salt spray test.
